I’m a big believer that you have the body you work for, and the fitness you deserve.

And you only get one body to live in, so you may as well work for a fit, supple, strong body that’ll enable you to live a healthy life to the full for as long as possible.

So, after over 15 years of working out and eating healthily I’ve decided to move from amateur to professional, put my knowledge and experience to good use, learn more through taking a qualification and become a personal trainer.

This is the blog for you if you want inspiration, notes and memos, images and videos, healthy recipes, foods and meal plans, workouts, as well as articles I’ve found interesting.
