The Barre

We all know Ballet dancers have awesome pins, muscular and toned but lean too. Precisely what I’m trying to achieve and I’m sure everyone else is too.

Now, this may seem simple, straightforward and a bit pointless. But trust me, the simplicity means you have to focus on form. And you will get results.

Key things to remember – these exercises need to be done slowly and with good form. Cut corners, fall out of good posture or go to quick and the only person you’re cheating is yourself, out of an AWESOME butt and thighs.
