Get ski ready

If you’re heading to the slopes it’s not all about the après ski, you need to be able to hold your own on the slopes.

So here’s a workout to get your legs snow-ready – thighs of steel, increased strength and flexibility

50 jumping jacks
40 squats
30 sumo stretches
20 lunges
10 side leg lifts (each side)
20 side lunges (each side)
30 plié squats
40 calf raises
50sec wall sit
40 donkey kicks
30 glute kick backs
20 fire hydrants
10 bridges

Repeat then stretch:
Quads 30sec each side
Hamstrings 30sec hold
Calf stretch 30sec each side
Inner thigh 30sec each side

Do three times a week plus your usual workout regime
